I never have any tape in the house.....

We made a tent the other day....

and we had to use the last of the masking tape to stick these books on the side of the tent to make it appear darker
who wouldn't want to sleep in this cozy, cozy tent!! (and they both did ALL Night!)

Man-Sponge Saves the Day!!

This book cracks me up every time I read it to the is such a boy's I thought I would share it with all of you. The local superheroes go out of town and leave SpongeBob in charge..."Feel free to borrow the invisible bicycle-if you can find it." (if that doesn't crack you up right there)Three hours later, SpongeBob finds the bicycle, but only to realize that all the bad guys have come into town (knowing that Barnacle Boy and Mermaid Man are out of town). SpongeBob to the rescue as......Man Sponge!!! (notice the costume: insect net, rubber gloves, superhero cape, and starfish to disguise his true identity) (try recreating that with two little boys!)The bad guys are reeking havoc on the town by.....popping bubble wrap in the library (gast!!) and ringing doorbells and running away (yikes!!). "Freeze!!" yells Man Sponge. But no one froze. (well...yeah!) He finds the master mind bad guy and catches him with, none other than......his underpants, of course!!!! (the boys laugh hysterically at this point)

Man Sponge saves the day!!!! Cracks me up every time!

Vavi Day

The boys had "Grandparent's Day" at school. They showed off their classrooms and their grandparents! They call Travis' mom "vavi", so Luke introduced her to his class (in a voice just above a whisper) as "Vavi".....Love it!! Then we went to Frosty, Freezy Freeze for some goodies.

Another use for the car defroster....

Yes...this is me, in the snow, in flip-flops! Quite a new experience and very slippery. I was sure I would eat it and all my boys would laugh at me, but I managed to stay upright!

The little men were sooooo excited to see some snow, even though we weren't quite prepared for it. I have a hard time thinking there is snow in the mountains when it was such a warm, sunny day in the least I brought jackets.

Just a tip: the car defroster will dry out wet shoes and sock in about an hour...

Egg Hunt

I have been finding Easter eggs in the funniest placesThis is my favorite one...right through the angels halo...
This is a time I can reflect what Jesus did for me that was unbelievable, unatainable, awe-inspiring and downright AMAZING! He didn't have to do any of it, but He loves me more than I could ever imagine; and wanted me to have a relationship with Him!! Happy Easter!
